Sometimes i wish that i can rule the world and being realistic here I know probably won't be the best leader that has ever walked the face of the planet but i can guarantee you one thing. A lot of the things that things and situations in today's world that many people can only describe in two words as being "fucked up" will not happen under my rule.
You know why? Cause I'm a problem solver. A damn good one too and every decree I would make reflect on what MOST people are thinking but not going to say because it's "un-ethical" or just makes them sound like an asshole. One of the first things i 'd do if i was the ruler of the world is make castration a legal form of punishment.

I mean like hell if that was me I would've stopped fucking when my 40 hour $600 dollar week paycheck gets chopped up to $50 bucks which is enough to buy a tank of gas so i can make to work the next week... Noo but it wasn't it was enough for Desmond probably somewhere when his children are still getting $10 bucks a month on child support (the glory days) he thought:

Duggars who have 17 (and counting kids) some guy named
Daad (moar liek DAD amirite ?) who has 84 kids and hell even
Osama bin laden had over 21 kids but you know what difference between them and Desmond hatchett. THEY CAN SUPPORT THOSE KIDS!! And for the most part they will grow up to be functional common sense members of society maybe with a little hint of religious fanaticism (cough cougu Duggars)..
Do you honestly see this happening with Desmond Hatchett? Yeah only if he wins the lottery which ironically he probably can't even afford right now. Guess what he's going to do if ever wins the lottery? More unprotected sex and have more kids.
For that reasons this is why I believe that castration should be a legal form of punishment, it's the low cost permanent solution to many fucked up problems stemming from someone who couldn't keep his dick in his pants.
Another scenario.
A while back ago there was a man who is a convicted sex offender trying to find a place to live the problem is that
NO NEIGHBORHOOD wants him to live there as well as putting him in a special area where he will be monitored however this will come out of our tax dollars. I'm sitting here thinking why don't just cut the middle man (no pun intended) and just castrate him. Problem solve. Cruel and Unusual if WE DON'T DO IT THAT OFTEN.
Would the electric chair be considered cruel and unusual punishment if we did it ONCE every 10 years?
And another thing i can guarantee if we somehow started implementing castration as punishment for repeated sex offenders (keyword
REPEATED) and dumb asses like Desmond Hatchett we're going to see that sex crime go down pretty fucking quick and all the crazy people in the psyche ward in prison who claim "they can't control myself" would suddenly find some method to keep their tool in the pants.
See this is the problem with society today we're too soft to implement. this form of punishment. They always want to try to "Help" people and often times that comes at the expense of many or it's just not effective once so ever. Don't get me wrong I'm not adverse to helping people. I love helping people! I would want people to get the help they need the thing is is just that I'm a little more modern and i want to get results fast and just like i personally believe that some people can only understand ass whupping there's some people in this world who we could help by punishment because they're just too damned hard headed.
